Tiffany has over 10 years of diverse Human Resources experience in our industry. Her team focuses on providing human resource services that perpetuate and enhance the PMT culture, vision, and values. Tiffany’s primary focal points include employee compensation, benefits, retention, health, and wellness.

Tiffany manages PMT’s extensive employee benefits packages, ensuring we are poised to attract and retain the nation’s top talent. Her HR team strives to foster healthy employee relationships which improve employee retention, morale, and empowerment, ultimately optimizing employee performance.
