Vincent D'souza is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand development and management. Currently serving as the Marketing Director for PMA Canada since July 2018, D'souza leads brand growth strategies for prestigious alcoholic beverage partners including Glenfiddich, Jack Daniels, and Jagermeister. Prior to this role, D'souza spent a decade at Diageo Canada, where various positions included Brand Manager for refreshment drinks like Smirnoff Ice, Scotch and Irish whisky, and Canadian whisky brands such as Crown Royal. D'souza demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and consumer engagement, contributing to significant category growth and successful new product launches. Earlier experience includes business development and supply chain management in the Middle East with leading brands such as Kraft and Colgate. D'souza holds a degree from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
