Randi McClain

Randi McClain has a robust background in claims management and learning initiatives, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Initiatives and Quality Assurance at PMA Companies since January 2012. Randi's career at PMA Companies includes various roles such as Supervisor of TPA Learning Initiatives, Learning Specialist, Quality Assurance Specialist, Regional Claims Supervisor, and Senior Account Claim Representative. Prior to joining PMA Companies, Randi worked as an RTW Claims Manager at Travelers from September 2006 to January 2012. Randi holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and attended Western Kentucky University from 2002 to 2003.
