Stephanie McFadden, SCLA, serves as a Senior Litigation Specialist at PMA Companies, overseeing complex third-party liability claims. With extensive experience in the claims management field, Stephanie has held various roles including Claims Supervisor at Gallagher and Senior Claims Lead Specialist at AmTrust Financial Services. A graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science and in progress for a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Stephanie possesses a robust background in analyzing and resolving diverse claims, including general and auto liability, while collaborating closely with stakeholders such as underwriters, brokers, and legal counsel throughout the claims process.
