Suryavansh Mani Singh has extensive experience in application and IT support, currently serving as Team Lead Application Support L2 at PMC Retail since July 2016, where responsibilities include monitoring and managing supported applications and providing 24/7 level 2 support to UK and US clients. Previous roles include Deputy Team Lead and Senior Application Support Analyst L2 at PMC Retail, Operations Support Analyst L2, and various positions in desktop engineering and infrastructure support at Wipro Infotech, AGS Transact Technologies Ltd, PCS Technology Ltd, and HCL Infosystems Ltd. Suryavansh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Karnataka State Open University and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University, complemented by strong foundational education marked by a first-class distinction in high school.
