Jayson Gitt

Jayson Gitt is the Vice President at PMCF. Prior to this, they were the Consulting Manager - Transaction Advisory Services at EKS&H from March 2015 to December 2016.

The transaction team at EKS&H comprises more than 25 professionals with business valuation, merger and acquisition, due diligence, deal structuring and capital formation advisory experience. The team assists hundreds of businesses annually in nearly every industry and has strong working relationships with lawyers, investment advisors, bankers, and other institutional lenders.

Jayson Gitt has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Denver and a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Southern Nazarene University. Jayson is also certified by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 24, 66 and 7.

Jayson Gitt reports to Matt Jamison, Managing Director & President. They are on a team with Matt Rupprecht - Vice President, Mike Brooks - Vice President, and Mike Congleton - Vice President.
