Nigar Maksimova

Nigar Maksimova is an experienced professional in cost control and project management, currently serving as the Head of Department at Ağdam, Füzuli və Xocavənd rayonlarında Bərpa, Tikinti və İdarəetmə Xidməti Publik Hüquqi Şəxs since March 2024. Simultaneously, Nigar holds the position of Cost Control Manager at Qarabağ İqtisadi Rayonunda Bərpa, Tikinti və İdarəetmə Xidməti Publik Hüquqi Şəxs since January 2023. With a career that includes roles as a Cost Controller and Leading Cost Control Specialist at PMD Projects LLC since March 2019, as well as previous engineering positions at Qaraçay Holding and Azersu JSC, Nigar possesses extensive expertise in cost estimation and management, complemented by an educational background from Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2003.
