Ali Awad

Ali Awad possesses over 18 years of experience in safety and environmental management within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Corporate EHSS Manager at PMDC Project Management and Design Consultants since April 2018, Ali is responsible for developing HSE management systems and strategic programs. Previously, Ali held significant positions including Corporate HSE Manager at Manateq, where duties included managing safety and environmental standards, and EHS Section Head at the Department of Municipal Affairs in Abu Dhabi, emphasizing compliance and contractor safety. Ali has also served as EHS Manager at various prominent firms such as EllisDon, Dubai Properties Group, and Lend Lease, tackling safety audits, contractor oversight, and strategic safety planning. Ali Awad holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Khartoum.
