PMI Hampton Roads Chapter
Martin White, PMP, is an accomplished program manager currently leading a service contract at Serco, where effective management of eight project managers contributed to securing a $5.4 million recompete contract for the Navy Bureau of Medicine. As past president of the PMI Hampton Roads Chapter, Martin facilitated leadership transitions and liaised with PMI headquarters, following a successful term as president driving growth for the chapter's 1,300 members. Martin's extensive experience includes project management roles at the Defense Health Agency and the United States Department of Defense, where expertise in methodologies and process improvements was demonstrated. An educator with a background in training at ITA International, Martin has also managed operations at The TJX Companies, Inc. and led medical and humanitarian projects as an operations manager with the US Navy. Martin holds an MBA from Liberty University and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
