Debra Howell

Debra Howell is the Director of Information Technology Operations for the University Library at Cornell University. With over 20 years of experience providing strategic direction to all areas of information technology, she is a creative, dynamic information technology professional who thrives leading and facilitating complex workplace and technology processes, developing talent from within, and collaborating with others to build the most effective computing environment. Debra has an extensive background in facilitation, organizational change and development, teambuilding, and leadership. Debra received her Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University in 2006. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is an Office of the Secretary of Defense certified Master Trainer and Master Resiliency Trainer. Debra serves as the Vice President of the Ithaca Branch of the Rochester PMI Chapter.
