Priyanka Saxena

Priyanka Saxena is the President at PMI South Florida Chapter. Priyanka has over 20 years of experience in technology and management.

Saxena started their career as a Sr. Technology Consultant/Advisor at Nordstrom in February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for driving roadmap timelines and managing a team in a lean/agile methodology. Priyanka also provided guidance to the teams on integrations into CMDB including Active Directory and SolarWinds.

In November 2019, Saxena became the Sr. Director PMO, Head of Corporate Operational Excellence & Change Management at REEF Technology. In this role, their team was responsible for driving Enterprise wide Operational Excellence by establishing and implementing a common framework for driving continuous improvement. This included the development of operating models and playbooks for the new business lines, institute key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to 90%, and improved critical process efficiencies to Six Sigma levels for the entire REEF Technology (Kitchens, Parking and all new Business Verticals that are developed as Business Divisions). Some of their accomplishments include establishing the Operating Model for the company’s PMO, providing structure, developed procedures & Templates for risk-based reporting and drove stakeholder engagement & alignment of projects to Corporate Strategy by 95%. Priyanka also drove integration of all the newly acquired parking companies, which meant over 4,500 parking lots, in US, Canada, UK & Europe, under one technology and

Priyanka Saxena holds an MBA in International Business from Florida International University's College of Business, as well as a BS in Computer Science from the same school. Priyanka is also certified in Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner from Thomas International, and Ahead of the Curve: Board Development Program from In Touch Networks. Finally, they hold a CSM certification from Scrum Alliance.
