Matheus R. has extensive experience in customer support roles, having worked as a Customer Support Representative at PMI from April 2023 to October 2023, providing assistance via chat and tickets related to a betting platform. Prior to PMI, Matheus R. was involved with Wabi Project from November 2021 to May 2022, offering support in Spanish and Portuguese through similar channels.
