Андрій Ковальчук has extensive experience in customer support and team leadership, having served as Customer Support Team Lead at Growe from March 2022 to March 2024. Prior to this role, Андрій Kovalchuk held various positions at Cleverr from August 2016 to March 2022, including Customer Support Deputy Head and Team Lead, alongside roles in sales and service quality analysis.
