Greg Dean has extensive work experience in the outdoor and engineering industries. Greg most recently served as the Director of Engineering at PMI Worldwide since May 2022. Prior to that, they held various senior leadership positions at Cascade Designs, including Senior Director of Product, Outdoor, and Director of Product for multiple brands. From 2013 to 2018, Greg worked at REI as a Senior Manager, focusing on advanced concepts and product integrity. Before that, they served as the Senior Director of Product Development at Easton - Bell Sports from 2008 to 2012. Greg also held the role of Engineering and R&D Manager at Burton Snowboards from 2003 to 2008 and Design Engineering Group Leader at Yakima Products from 1998 to 2003.
Greg Dean earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Kansas State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1998. In 2007, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, although it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during this time.
