Cody Walker

Cody Walker is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Titan Solar Power since December 2022, following a tenure as Assistant General Counsel. Prior experience includes roles as Risk Consultant and Counsel at The Prewitt Group from August 2021 to December 2022, and Insurance & Risk Management Counsel at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC from February 2019 to August 2021. Cody began the legal career as an Associate at Lloyd Gray Whitehead & Monroe and completed an internship at the United States District Court for the Northern District under The Honorable R. David Proctor. Cody holds a Juris Doctor degree from Samford University, obtained in May 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Auburn University, completed in 2013.
