Kelly G. serves as the Sr. Director of Media Operations at PMMI Media Group since 2008, overseeing Client Success and Media Operations across both print and digital platforms while managing a team of 12. Kelly has a history of leadership, having successfully transformed the Client Success team after inheriting a challenging environment and previously advancing from a Digital Project Manager role, where process improvements were implemented. Earlier career experiences include managing operations for the start-up retailer Porte Rouge, serving as Director of Development for Youth Organizations Umbrella, Inc., and providing administrative support at DePaul University and the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. Academically, Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Social Service Professions from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Albion College.
