Mimi Rosenfeld, MBA, PMP

Mimi Rosenfeld, MBA, PMP has over 20 years of experience in project management and operations. From 2007 to 2015, they were the Operations Director at Bonnier Corporation, where they implemented three publishing enterprise systems in response to acquisitions and business restructuring. Mimi also streamlined production processes and schedule, and standardized documentation for 50 magazines. From 2001 to 2007, they were the Operations Director at Time4 Media, where they guided the implementation of a proprietary enterprise system for 12 magazines, and initiated enhancements to system functionality. From 1999 to 2001, they were the Director of Operations at Servador Inc., where they were an original team member and prepared strategic plans and status reports for investors and clients. From 1999 to 2001, they were also an Adjunct Professor and Consultant at the City University of New York, where they consulted on major revision and update of Graphic Arts curriculum covering digital media and productivity software. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Project Manager and Event Manager at MedStartr / Health 2.0 NYC, where they organized monthly entrepreneur panels and networking events for 50-100 healthcare professionals. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Program Manager at PROJECT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE, NEW YORK CITY CHAPTER (PMINYC), where they introduced innovative career development programs such as skills workshops and panel discussions. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Project Manager and Trainer at PMO Advisory, where they collaborated on strategy, research, and planning for professional development and training programs. Mimi also launched intensive training programs for PMP certification exam, communication and leadership skills, and developed PMP course materials for classroom and online delivery methods. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been an Adjunct Instructor at Montclair State University, where they teach project management principles to undergraduate and MBA students in the School of Management.

Mimi Rosenfeld holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in Marketing, a Master's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Comparative Literature, and a Bachelor's Degree from Scripps College in Comparative Literature. In 2021, they became an Authorized Training Partner Instructor - PMP from the Project Management Institute. In 2013, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
