Kristen Orr, CMCA, AMS has nearly 14 years of work experience in the community management field. Kristen started their career in 2008 as the Director of Recreation at MVNF, where they worked for five years. In 2014, they joined Associa as the Director of Community Life and later became the Assistant General Manager and then the General Manager. In 2018, Kristen moved to PMP Management as the General Manager before taking on the role of Director of Community Management for Orange County and San Diego. Kristen then became the Regional Director and is currently serving as the Vice President of Culture and Development.

Kristen Orr attended Biola University from 2001 to 2005 and earned a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In July 2019, they obtained the certification of a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Along with the CMCA, they also hold the AMS certification from CAI. The specific month and year of obtaining the AMS certification are not provided.
