As a Business Transformation Consultant with ProcessArc, Inc., Tonya collaborates with Fortune 500 companies to enhance customer experiences through process diagnostics and future-state design. Previous experience includes senior project management roles at Johnson Controls, Herzing University, US Bank, Kohl's Department Stores, and FIS, where Tonya implemented Agile methodologies and managed high-impact projects. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University, a Master's in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management from Silver Lake College.
