Geert Schoukens

Geert Schoukens is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager for Fund Investments at PMV since August 2023, Geert has previously held senior roles at PwC Belgium and SBB Accountants & Advisors, specializing in corporate finance and M&A. Geert's career began at Bank Degroof as an Investment Analyst, followed by roles in various organizations such as Capricorn Venture Partners and ParticipatieMaatschappij Vlaanderen, where expertise in venture capital, project finance, and structured finance was developed. Geert earned a Master in Commercial Engineering with a focus on Finance from KU Leuven.
