Arnaldo Borges has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Arnaldo started their career in 2010 as an Infrastructure Support Analyst at Processor Informática S.A., where they provided T1 support, troubleshooting, and system recovery for hardware and software. In 2011, they joined Lojas Quero-Quero S.A. as a Database Support Analyst, specializing in Oracle 10g T2 support and PL/SQL development.

In 2012, they joined Pmweb, a Wunderman company, and held multiple roles over the years. As a Data Services Analyst, they developed ETL processes using SSIS, C#, and T-SQL, provided support for ETL jobs, and performed SSAS OLAP cube development. Arnaldo then progressed to become a Data Services Analyst | SQL Server DBA, where they supported SQL Server in a highly-available environment, provided critical 24/7 support for production level databases, and implemented HA/DR solutions. Later, they became a Data Services Specialist | SQL Server DBA, taking on primary server management responsibilities for SQL technology.

Most recently, Arnaldo held the position of Especialista DevOps & Cloud SysOps Admin at Pmweb. In this role, they configured and managed a variety of AWS services, automated deployment and configuration processes, and ensured the efficient management of complex cloud environments.
