Gabriela Diniz

Gabriela Diniz is a Senior Project and Business Analyst at Pmweb, responsible for managing CRM and CRO projects for major clients, including Azul Linhas Aéreas and Calvin Klein, since February 2022. Previously, Gabriela served as the IT Project Leader at Prefeitura de Cabo Frio from June 2018 to December 2020 and held the position of IT Coordinator at Fluminense Football Club from August 2015 to March 2018, where projects included restructuring the IT department and implementing a Service Desk model. Experience also includes a role as IT Supervisor at Probid Consultoria e Serviços, focusing on software and infrastructure project leadership, and an early career as an IT Support Analyst. Gabriela holds a degree in Technology Management from Estácio and a Project Management degree from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
