James Gellatly

James Gellatly has extensive experience in the banking and retail sectors, currently serving as a Retail Coach and previously as Branch Manager at P&N Bank since September 2015. In various roles, including Area Manager North and Acting Area Manager - Mobile Lending, James has demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing teams across multiple branches, achieving KPIs, and enhancing team knowledge and productivity. Additionally, James has held senior positions in contact centers and managed home loan and consumer lending services. With a solid educational background, including a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking, James has continued to develop skills that contribute to successful team performance and customer satisfaction.
