Lisa Taylor

Lisa Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and program delivery. Currently serving as the Manager of Portfolio Planning at P&N Bank since July 2021, Lisa oversees transformation governance within the Simple Bank Program using agile and design thinking frameworks. Prior roles include Program Manager for the Safety Taskforce at Water Corporation, where Lisa managed contractor safety programs, and Manager of Portfolio Management & Management Operating System at the same organization, focusing on ePMO governance and best practices. Earlier experiences include working as PMO Manager at SMS Management & Technology, where Lisa developed portfolio management processes, and as Consulting Manager at The Birchman Group Asia Pacific, managing project governance and client solutions. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration from Murdoch University, a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Wollongong, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Western Australia.
