Nitin Mehandiratta has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nitin Mehandiratta completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Instrumentation from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2000 to 2003. Nitin then pursued a Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) degree from the same university's Faculty of Social Work from 2003 to 2005. Nitin furthered their education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Practice (PGDLP) in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Faculty of Law at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2006 to 2007. Nitin also received Lead Auditor Training for ISO 14001: 2004 from TÜV SÜD. In addition to their formal education, Nitin has obtained various certifications, such as Executive Leadership, Critical Thinking, Having Difficult Conversations, and many more, from LinkedIn.
