Nitin Mehandiratta

Nitin Mehandiratta has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nitin has held various leadership roles in different companies, starting from their most recent position as the Head of Talent Management & Rewards at PNB Housing Finance Limited. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of HR (Director) at Jubilant Pharmova Limited.

Nitin also served as a Vice President at AU Small Finance Bank, where they handled HR business partnering and talent management. Before that, they held the position of State HR Head at Jio and Regional HR Head (West Region) at Samsung Electronics.

Nitin started their career at Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited and Arvind Mills Ltd. as a Human Resources Intern. Nitin later gained experience in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits at Boehringer Ingelheim. Nitin also worked at Bharti Airtel Limited in various HR roles, including HR business partnering, talent management, and talent acquisition.

Nitin Mehandiratta completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Instrumentation from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2000 to 2003. Nitin then pursued a Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) degree from the same university's Faculty of Social Work from 2003 to 2005. Nitin furthered their education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Practice (PGDLP) in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Faculty of Law at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2006 to 2007. Nitin also received Lead Auditor Training for ISO 14001: 2004 from TÜV SÜD. In addition to their formal education, Nitin has obtained various certifications, such as Executive Leadership, Critical Thinking, Having Difficult Conversations, and many more, from LinkedIn.
