Sudhirr Nayar

Sudhirr Nayar is an accomplished professional in Learning and Development (L&D) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director - L&D at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd since November 2023, Sudhirr focuses on advanced learning solutions and cultivating a coaching culture within sales. Previously, as Vice President & Head of Learning & Development at Poonawalla Fincorp, Sudhirr managed the learning architecture and leadership training for over 4,000 employees. A significant tenure at Max Skill First Limited and Max Life Insurance Company Limited allowed Sudhirr to implement leadership development and enhance team capabilities in numerous capacities, including Corporate VP and Zonal Head. Sudhirr's early career includes roles in training and customer support across various companies. Educational qualifications include an MDBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from North Gujarat University.
