Anuj Shah

Anuj Shah currently serves as the Head of AI and Intelligent Automation Center at PNC, where responsibilities include managing a team that collaborates with Business and Technology leaders to identify opportunities and oversee enterprise AI tools and emerging technology R&D. Previously, Anuj held the position of Managing Director at Citi, focusing on retail banking product simplification and significant customer complaint reduction. Anuj played a key role in doubling business growth through product innovations and digital development. Anuj's earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at Deloitte Consulting, leading multiple engagements in financial services, and a Senior Consultant position at Cap Gemini Consulting, focusing on core operations and large-scale system implementations. Anuj holds a Master's degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
