Bill Keen

Bill Keen has an extensive career in technology and data management, currently serving as SVP and Director of Enterprise BI & Advanced Analytics Platforms at PNC since October 2009. Bill has held multiple leadership roles at PNC, including VP positions focused on Enterprise Data Quality and Standardization, Hierarchy and Reference Data Systems, and Information Platform Architecture. Prior to PNC, Bill served as VP and Group Manager for Sales/CRM Technologies at National City Bank, where responsibilities included the implementation of Enterprise Customer Data Access Systems. Bill's earlier experience includes holding senior leadership roles at TMW Systems in product architecture and international development, as well as positions at Harcourt School Publishers, Thomson NETg, and Thomson West. Bill's formal education includes an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BSBA from Waynesburg University.
