Cynthia Wood

Cynthia Wood is an accomplished financial services executive with a strong background in leadership and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Integration, Migration and Readiness at PNC since July 2016. In this role, Cynthia leads key initiatives to modernize technology and enhance client-focused solutions within the Consumer Bank. Previously, Cynthia held various senior leadership positions at PNC, including Head of Small Business Execution and Experience and Strategy & Planning Director for Retail Lending, where efforts concentrated on process transformation and strategic initiatives. Prior experience at Bank of America included roles such as SVP for Enterprise Simplify and Improve and Senior Change Manager, focusing on regulatory compliance and change management. Cynthia holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Spanish, and Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
