Dan Bartek

Dan Bartek is an accomplished professional in strategic sourcing and procurement with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as VP, Strategic Sourcing Manager at PNC since June 2025, Dan previously held key roles at Highmark Health where responsibilities included leading a team of category managers to manage a ~$250 million annual spend and developing multi-year sourcing strategies. Previous experience also includes positions at Arconic, Denali Sourcing Services, and Ariba, where Dan demonstrated expertise in negotiation, procurement efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration.
