Jessica Johnson has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Security Lead and previously as a Security Analyst focused on internal threats at PNC since December 2008. Jessica's tenure at PNC also includes a role as Branch Manager, where responsibilities involved assisting retail and commercial clients with financial goals, managing staff, and enhancing the client experience. Prior to PNC, Jessica worked at Citizens Bank from July 2004 to December 2008 as a Branch Manager, overseeing retail branch employees and driving sales performance.
