Scott Horowitz

Scott Horowitz is an experienced legal and financial professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Institutional Trust Officer at PNC since September 2019. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Senior Attorney at McMorrow Law, LLC for a brief period in mid-2019 and spent over two decades as a Lawyer at Welch, Gold, Siegel & Fiffik, P.C. from September 1995 to June 2019. Scott obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law between 1990 and 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Pre-Law Studies from Penn State University from 1986 to 1990.
