Omer Sharif Madni began their career in 2004 as a Customer Relationship Officer - Analyst at Brilliance Computers. In 2009, they joined The Brains Pvt Ltd as a Project Coordinator and Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2011, they became a Project Manager - Howzat.com at Game Ventures Howzat Cricket. In 2012, they began working as a Consultant, taking on the role of Senior Project and Product Manager (Web/App/Games). In 2014, they were appointed General Manager - Technology Operations at Tech Sirat (Pvt) Ltd. and also became the Founder & CEO of Appiskey. In 2015, Madni became COO at PNC Solutions and Director Professional Services at Arthur Lawrence.

Omer Sharif Madni has a comprehensive educational background, beginning with their Matriculation from National High School in 2002, followed by Intermediate from Adamjee Government Science College in 2004. Omer then earned a Bachelors in Business Studies from Karachi University in 2008, and went on to obtain a Masters in Economics from the same institution in 2012. In 2013, they completed their MBA in Management & Marketing from MAJU. In 2019, they obtained an Advanced Scrum Certification from LinkedIn.
