IFFA.N 懿芳

IFFA.N 懿芳 has a diverse work experience in marketing and customer service roles. From July 2014 to December 2019, they worked as a Senior Sales Marketing at StarHup Mobile, where they assisted customers, maintained stock levels, and conducted product market research. In June 2019, they briefly worked as a Management Trainee (Building) at IOI Properties Group Berhad. From January to August 2019, they were a Customer Service Sales Representative at KLC Language Centre, where they handled customer relationships, generated leads, and promoted product features. In 2020, they served as a Marketing Trainee for an international brand at Beamfield Sdn Bhd. From July to December 2021, they worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant, formulating and editing assignments. Currently, they are a Marketing Executive (NPI & MP Project) at PNE Industries Ltd, ensuring customer requirements are met and acting as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams.

IFFA.N 懿芳 obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universiti Malaysia Perlis from 2018 to 2021. IFFA.N also earned additional certifications including a Bachelor Degree of Business (Honours) in International Business from the same institution in November 2021. Prior to their university education, they completed their STPM certification from Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia in March 2018, and their SPM certification from the same institution in March 2016. Before that, they obtained the PET certification from Cambridge Assessment English in December 2014 and the KET certification in January 2013.
