Rajiev Luthra is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years in the fields of automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, air compressors, and energy-related projects. Currently serving as Managing Director at Pneumsys Advance Energy Solutions since January 2001, Rajiev has extensive international experience gained through nearly 15 years of work across the Middle East, Far East, and the Indian subcontinent. Rajiev also held the position of Director at Luthra Hydro Pneumatic Industries from January 1996 to January 2023, where a strong market presence and reputation were established in the automation sector, focusing on turnkey solutions and innovations in pneumatic technology. Prior experience includes a role as a sales engineer at GMMCO Ltd, where insights into capital equipment sales and customer engagement were developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Paisley, UK.
