Adeola Olasewere

Adeola Olasewere has over 20 years of professional experience. Adeola began their career as a Financial Accountant at Exel in 1999. In 2003, they moved to Freightliner LLC : A Daimler Chrysler Company as a Project Management, where they were responsible for providing support for the development of financial models and forecasts for unit reporting, product costs by business segments and fixed and variable expense analysis. In 2004, they joined Frontier Capital as an Associate Consultant, where they were responsible for preparing business plan reports, conducting financial and commercial due diligence assignments and offering capital structuring and fund raising solutions. In 2008, they joined Ericsson as a Marketing & Strategy Manager (West & Central Africa), where they were responsible for developing customer business cases, creating marketing plans, assessing, analyzing and recommending new vertical markets, and building and managing trust-based relationships with key business owners and decision makers. In 2014, they moved to IHS Towers as a Marketing/Sales/Communications. In 2019, they joined PayJoy as a Sales Director West Africa, where they were responsible for setting up and growing the PayJoy business in Nigeria and the sub-Region. Currently, they are the Director of Growth at Pngme (We're Hiring).

Adeola Olasewere has a diverse educational background. Adeola earned their MBA in Finance and International Management from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they earned their BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business between 1996 and 1999. Her educational background began in 1994 when they completed their GCE/A'Levels in Economics from the Cambridge Center for Sixth Form Studies in Cambridge, UK.
