Ashiwel Okang Ochui

Ashiwel Okang Ochui has had a varied work experience, beginning with a role as Office Manager at Eventica Nigeria in 2011. Ashiwel Okang then moved to Alder Consulting in 2012, where they were a Brand & Creative Consultant, and MVRCK Consulting, where they were Head of Customer Experience. In 2013, they joined Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM HoldCo) as Creative Strategist / Brand & Corporate Communications Manager. In 2015, they co-founded Small Big Chops. In 2016, they became Marketing & Brand Communications Manager at Mixta Africa. In 2018, they were Product Marketing Manager at Flutterwave. In 2021, they became Head of Marketing at Smile Identity. Finally, in 2022, they will become Marketing Manager for Africa at Pngme and a Mentor at Founder Institute.

Ashiwel Okang Ochui's education history includes a Certificate in Strategic Brand Management from the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University obtained in 2016. Ashiwel Okang also obtained a BL Degree from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Abuja between 2002 and 2008. Their educational background began with the Federal Government Academy, Suleja from 1996 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained a Membership Certificate from the Interaction Design Foundation in August 2018.
