Rob Hiff has a wealth of work experience, having held positions at a variety of companies since 2015. Rob began their career as a Sales Service Representative at PepsiCo, before becoming a Compliance Analyst at G7 Research Group in 2017. That same year, they also held the role of VP Marketing and Communications at M Consulting, and Senior Associate and Risk Analyst at Global Risk Observatory. In 2018, they were a Graduate Student Intern at IOM - UN Migration and a Graduate Student Consultant at Export Development Canada | Exportation et développement Canada - EDC. In 2019, they worked as a Venture Analyst at Creative Destruction Lab and held two roles at Pngme, Sales Operations Manager and Business Insights and Analytics. Finally, in 2017, they were an Associate Editor at the Journal of International Law and International Relations.
Rob Hiff completed a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Political Science from Queen's University from 2013 to 2017. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Business from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University from 2014 to 2017. In 2016, they completed an Experiential Learning Program in International/Global Studies at Bader College. From 2018 to 2020, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Rob also received a Master of Global Affairs - Munk School of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto - Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they hold a Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve Ontario.
