Olga Draskovic

Olga Draskovic is an experienced User Experience Researcher with a career spanning over two decades in various notable organizations. Currently serving at Staples Canada since August 2015, Olga conducts user research across web, mobile, and kiosk platforms. Previous roles include UX Consultant at General Motors, where responsibilities included testing the infotainment system, and founding Tesla Labs. Prior positions at Kobo Inc. and multiple roles at Microsoft involved user testing and research activities, notably focusing on Microsoft Live Meeting and mobile device scenario creation. Early experiences include an internship at drugstore.com and a research assistantship at the University of Washington's Human Interface Technology Laboratory. Olga holds a BS in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Washington and has furthered studies at Emily Carr University of Art and Design.
