Amy M.

Amy M. has a diverse work experience in the field of training, development, and client experience. Amy started their career at ADP in 2003 as a Sr. Trainer, providing training to clients and associates. Amy then progressed to roles such as Implementation Team Lead, Manager of Project Services, and Executive Relationship Manager, where they supported clients in maximizing the benefits of their HR and benefit solutions. Amy joined Payroll Network in 2018 as the Director of Training and Process Improvement, responsible for developing the company's training and development systems. Amy later became the VP of Client Experience, focusing on enhancing the client's journey and ensuring a positive experience. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Training at Payroll Network and is responsible for developing talent for both internal associates and clients.

Amy M. attended Penn State University from 1993 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications.
