Gathen Garcia

Gathen Garcia is a highly experienced professional who has been with PNM Resources since 1981, where Gathen holds the position of Manager Drafting & Geographic Information Systems. Gathen also works as a part-time Technical Instructor at UNM Continuing Education since 1990. With previous experience as a Draftsman at the City of Albuquerque and Leverton Engineering, Gathen has a strong background in civil and map drafting, subdivision layouts, and road design. Gathen holds a Certificate in Advanced CADD Management Workshop from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting from the University of Albuquerque, Technical Vocational Institute of New Mexico.
