Tomasz Milecki has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tomasz began their career in 2009 as the Business Owner of a trading company, where they managed the import and sales of LED technology devices. In 2011, they joined TNT Express Worldwide as a Field Sales Executive, acquiring B2B customers and supporting cooperating couriers. Tomasz later became an Internal Coach and Key Account Manager, building relationships and negotiating contracts with key customers in specific regions. In 2015, Tomasz joined TIP Group as a Key Account Manager and later became the Country Sales Manager, responsible for managing the sales team and marketing activities on a national level. Currently, they are the Sales Director Poland at PNO, where they lead the transition to sustainable freight by creating digital solutions and sharing transparent carbon emissions data with customers.
Tomasz Milecki obtained a Master's degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Gdynia Maritime University, which spanned from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Cadet Mat degree in Logistics at the same institution.
