Lee Dawson

Lee Dawson is a retail executive with experience in both small businesses and large corporations. Lee began their career as a Hardlines Manager at Dick's Sporting Goods, where they oversaw a team of 25-30 associates and implemented changes that resulted in 18% increases in sales in the three departments they managed. Lee also has experience recruiting, interviewing, training, and developing new talent. In their current position as VP & Business Unit Leader at Poblocki, Lee is responsible for the Southeast region of the company. Throughout their career, Lee has developed strong interpersonal communication skills that they use to resolve difficult customer situations and build relationships with local teams and coaches.

Lee Dawson has completed a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management - Marketing from North Carolina State University and an Associates of Science in College Transfer from Wake Technical Community College.

They are on a team with Amanda King - People & Culture Leader, Rich Wachter - CFO, and Corey Grimshaw - Project Services Leader. Lee Dawson reports to Kevin Madrzykowski, President & CEO.
