Pollyana Amaro

Pollyana Amaro possesses extensive experience in event coordination and client relationship management, primarily in the restaurant industry, with a focus on special events and reservations. Currently employed at Pobre Juan since January 2018, Pollyana actively engages in business development, proposal creation, and event execution logistics while also managing client portfolios and ensuring high-quality service through financial reporting and post-event follow-ups. Prior roles include coordinating events at Duo Restaurante and BestFork Experience, where Pollyana successfully oversaw numerous corporate and social events, including during the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
