Vivek Bhutyani has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Vivek started their career as the Head of the Western Region in India for Nokia, where they led new initiatives and significantly grew the B2B business for the territory. Vivek also played a crucial role in Nokia's strategic entry into pan India accounts and opened new distribution channels.
Vivek then joined Disney+ Hotstar as the VP and Head of Content Sales/Syndication. During their time there, they led the team responsible for content licensing and syndication, achieving significant growth in both domestic and international markets. Vivek was also instrumental in bringing Indian content to premium markets and securing a groundbreaking formats rights deal.
After Disney+ Hotstar, Vivek co-founded Lattu kids, a digital edtech brand for children, where they served as the CEO. The company received support from the Airtel startup accelerator and Mumbai Angel Networks.
Vivek also worked as a Fellow at the Startup Leadership Program and served as a Mentor and Advisor at StartupYou.
Moreover, Vivek was a key member of the Vedantu Leadership Team, serving as the Head of YouTube. Vivek played a pivotal role in formulating and executing YouTube strategies, driving organic growth, and managing the P&L for Vedantu across multiple channels.
Vivek's most recent experience is at Pocket FM, where they serve as the Global Head of Content Marketing.
Vivek Bhutyani received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gujarat University from 1997 to 2001. Vivek then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing, Strategy, Consumer Behaviour, and Corporate Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2006 to 2008.
