Cristian Monroy

Brand Designer at Pocket Network

Cristian Monroy has worked as a Brand Designer at Pocket Network Inc. since February 2021. In this role, they are responsible for investigating, identifying, testing, and recommending brand development strategies. Cristian also provides support for general branding activities and creates the necessary assets to support brand efforts.

Prior to their current position, Monroy worked as a Creative Lead and Graphic Designer at Amagenta Studio. From October 2020 to April 2021, they served as a Graphic Designer, and from May 2021 to December 2021, they assumed the role of Creative Lead.

Before joining Amagenta Studio, Monroy worked as a Brand Design Lead at SuperFüds from June 2019 to September 2020.

Cristian also has experience as a Full-Stack Designer at Si Señor Agencia from July 2018 to June 2019. In this role, Monroy focused on developing graphic materials for social media content, landing pages, mailings, and motion graphics for clients such as ChevyPlan, Multiparque, Asus, Tugó, and MOVii.

From July 2017 to July 2018, Monroy worked at FTI Consulting Strategic Communications as a Graphic Designer. In this role, they were part of the Digital & Creative Communications team and was involved in motion graphics, photography, video editing, corporate communication and identity, editorial design, infographics, and digital design. Their clients included Coca-Cola, Arcos Dorados, Acolgen, Datacrédito Experian, Bancolombia, Grupo Familia, Fundación Orbis, Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá, and FNC. Prior to this position, they interned as a Graphic Designer from November 2016 to July 2017.

Monroy's work experience also includes an internship as a Graphic Designer at International Flavors & Fragrances from October 2015 to April 2016. In this role, they focused on product design, labeling, and product proposals for large companies and multinational corporations operating in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Cristian also worked on corporate graphic communication.

Cristian Monroy began their education history in 2012 when they attended Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, where they pursued a degree in Tecnólogo en Comunicación Gráfica. Cristian completed this program in 2016. In 2017, Cristian attended Universidad Central (CO) to earn a degree in Arte gráfico y publicitario, specifically as a Director de Arte. Cristian completed this program in 2018. In 2019, Cristian obtained a certification in Inbound from HubSpot Academy. Most recently, in 2022, Cristian enrolled at LABASAD - Barcelona School of Arts and Design and is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education.
