Rose Frankel has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Studio Assistant at Pottery On Hudson until 2014. In 2015, they then became a Public Programs Intern at the American Museum of Natural History, a position they held until 2016. Throughout 2016, they had multiple roles as a Development Intern at Cineflix Media Inc., followed by a Production Intern at iN DEMAND. In 2017, they interned at Rock Shrimp Productions NY, LLC. Later that year, they also interned at NBCUniversal Media, LLC for Late Night with Seth Meyers. In 2016, they began working as a Pottery Teacher at La Mano Pottery. Finally, in 2017 they joined pocket.watch, first as a Development/Executive Assistant, then as a Content Development Manager. Rose currently serves as the Director of Content Development.

Rose Frankel's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they obtained from SAR High School in 2011-2015. Rose then pursued their undergraduate studies at Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York and Hunter College from 2015 to 2018. At Macaulay Honors College, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Media Studies. Additionally, in May 2016, they received a certification in "Transmedia Story Telling and Digital Content Marketing" from Macaulay Honors College.
