Cansu Çelik has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Cansu began their career as a Sponsorship Coordinator Intern at İKSV in 2014. In 2016, they volunteered for the United Nations and the World Humanitarian Summit. In 2018, they became a Relationship Officer, Financial Institutions at Anadolubank, where they were responsible for creating momentum between 116 branches, Trade Operations and Compliance during the l/c, l/g issuance processes. In 2020, they took on the role of Regional Manager-Europe & Latin America at Aktif Bank, where they were responsible for approving trade finance transactions, preparing country risk reports, conducting limit allocation processes, and organizing meetings with correspondent banks. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Relationship Officer at Burgan Bank Türkiye. Currently, they are a Financial Crime Analyst at Pockit, a role they have held since 2022.

Cansu Çelik is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management (International Business) at Durham University. Previously, they obtained a Master of Arts in International Relations: Turkey, Europe, Middle East from Boğaziçi University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Galatasaray Üniversitesi. Cansu Çelik also attended İstanbul Özel Saint-Joseph Fransız Lisesi / Lycée Français Privé Saint-Joseph d'Istanbul and Ecole Sécondaire Sainte- Marie de Namur.
