Mark Newton-Jones

Mark Newton-Jones has had a long and successful career in the retail industry. Mark began their career in 1993 as a Regional Manager for Next Group PLC, overseeing 100 stores in East Anglia, East and West Midlands, North and South Wales, Northern Ireland, and Eire. In 2003, they became Group Chief Executive of Shop Direct Group. From 2013 to 2014, they held multiple roles, including Non Executive Director for Boohoo Group PLC, Director for Pockit, and Chairman for Graduate Fashion Week, a charity that supports the creativity of students and graduates within fashion. From 2014 to 2016, they were Non Executive Director and CEO of Mothercare PLC, and from 2016 to present, they have been a Member of the Supervisory Board for Ingka Holding B.V.

Mark Newton-Jones attended Light Hall School Shirley Solihull and Solihull Technical College. At Solihull Technical College, they studied Advertising and Visual Communication.
