Elaina Mastromarco Harris has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Finance Manager at Medex Clinical Trial Services, Inc. for a year before moving on to Devon Health Services, where they served as an Operations Manager from 1998 to 2000. Elaina then joined IMS Health in 2000 and held various positions, including Hospital Database Creation Manager, Sales Insights Implementation Manager, and Manager of Client Learning Solutions.

In 2008, Elaina joined Health Market Science as an Advanced Analytics Manager before transitioning to QuantiaMD (acquired by Aptus Health) in 2009. At QuantiaMD, they served as a Senior Director of Client Services until 2012. Elaina then moved to Aptus Health, where they took on the role of Senior Account Director, responsible for collaborating with pharmaceutical brand teams on strategic imperatives and managing non-personal promotion campaigns.

Subsequently, Elaina joined the Fishawack Group of Companies in 2019 as a Senior Account Director before joining POCN in 2020. At POCN, they started as a Vice President of Client Services and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Client Services. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Operational Governance and Quality.

Throughout their career, Elaina has demonstrated expertise in account management, project management, strategic planning, and client service. Elaina has expertise in the healthcare industry and has worked closely with pharmaceutical brand teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.

Elaina Mastromarco Harris holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University / ESI International, which was obtained before 2003. Elaina completed their MBA in Health & Medical Services Administration at Saint Joseph's University from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, spanning from 1989 to 1993.
